Monday October 21st Today we started with reviewing previously learned handwriting buddies as we have officially covered our basic handwriting strokes!  We also started learning about the letter Ss and came up with a list of words that all started with Ss.  Students also got an extra tidbit of knowledge by realizing that words that start with sh make the "shh" sound. During religion class, we read the story "Only One Cookie".  The story talks about a family dinner and at the very end, only one cookie is left for dessert.  Adam, the main character, chooses to share the cookie with his sister instead of eating the whole cookie by himself.
