Firstly, I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know each and every student over the past three weeks!  I see so many flourishing personalities and it is truly amazing! Here are just a few reminders to some important dates for the next month that will affect pick up or students being at school.  We will be out of school both September 2nd and September 30th.  We will be having our first 1:30 dismissal on September 10th.  All students must be picked up at dismissal time as there is no after care on these days.   Where do i even begin?  I want to thank all of the parents for helping your child be successful in this first "week" of school!  I am so proud of all of my students for how quickly they have adapted to this next adventure!  I will post on our classroom website once a week (I will try to have the weekly post up by Saturday evenings).  I will also try to do a better job of taking pictures during activities so that you as parents can have a better look into our classroom. Wednesday August 14th The students were filled with both excitement and nervousness so our first day was much more relaxed.  The main goal for the day was for the students to get a feel for the classroom, as well as getting to know their fellow classmates and making new friends.  We successfully made it through our first ever morning meeting where we discuss the days of the week, month, weather, and do a morning prayer.  The whole class was attentive and participated!  A huge...
